In no event shall the giving of legal advice in the absence of a fully completed and executed Fee Representation Agreement and any required attachments between the parties to the online communications executed prior thereto.

ONLINE ACCEPTANCE OF CREDIT CARD PAYMENT DOES NOT CREATE ATTORNEY-CLIENT RELATIONSHIP UNLESS AND UNTIL AN EXECUTED FEE REPRESENTATION AGREEMENT IS COMPLETELY SIGNED BY THE FIRM AND THE CLIENT.

Any client or prospective client of the Firm hereby acknowledges that any credit card payment made online by said client or prospective client to Firm in anticipation of retaining Firm for the performance of new legal services upon behalf of client, prospective client or their designees, shall not create any attorney-client relationship between the parties unless and until an executed Fee Representation Agreement is completely signed by all authorized agents or representatives of the Firm and the client. It is hereby expressly understood that execution by all required signers of the Fee Representation Agreement and any other required documents noted therein shall constitute a condition precedent to the formation of any attorney-client relationship between the Firm and prospective client.

In the event that Firm and client do not fully complete and execute a Fee Representation Agreement and any additional required documents as specified in the Fee Representation Agreement within 10 days of receipt of the credit card payment or as otherwise modified by express written agreement of the parties, Firm shall immediately implement a refund or credit back to client's charge card of any prospective fees paid, or if not yet accepted or batched for settlement purposes, then Firm shall deny or reject the pending credit card charge in order to effect a return or refund of said fees to client or prospective client.
