Auto Accidents/Personal Injuries - We represent clients in all forms of serious motor vehicle related accidents, wrongful deaths, medical and professional malpractice, product liability, and slip and fall accidents.

Bankruptcy - We do work for both debtors and creditors. Primarily our emphasis is in filing petitions for clients under Chapter 7 (discharge of debts) or Chapter 13 (wage-earner repayment plans) of the Bankruptcy Code.

Business and Corporate Law - Our attorneys provide business counsel on a wide variety of topics. We advise and assist on the organizational form of a new business, including corporation, partnership, and limited liability companies; employee relations; contracts and leases; and sales and purchases of other companies. We also provide litigation support as needed.

Construction Law - Our attorneys have broad experience in highway construction law, and general construction law. We represent both owners and contractors in construction law cases, assisting our clients to deal with construction contracts and liens.

Family Law - We have experienced attorneys who have handled every aspect of family law. This includes divorce, support and custody modifications, adoptions, paternity actions, and juvenile dependency cases.

Real Estate - Our firm represents developers, contractors, and individual buyers and sellers of both improved and unimproved real property. We have experience in residential and commercial purchases and sales of property; construction contracts and liens; leases, contracts, mortgages and options to purchase; homeowner and condominium associations and their covenants; boundary line disputes and evictions.

Wills, Trusts, and Probate - We prepare simple and complex wills and trusts. We will discuss your other estate planning needs such as tax planning, community property agreements, powers of attorney, and health care directives. Our lawyers handle probates as needed. We also have experience with guardianships and elder care planning, including Medicaid and Medicare.
